ExamReady PH operates the ExamReady online examination and review platform available through https://nle.examready.ph/ .

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

1. Information We Collect

Google account information

When you sign in using Google, ExamReady may receive basic profile information authorized by you, including:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your profile photo
  • Your Google account identifier

ExamReady does not receive or store your Google password.

Account and examination information

When you use ExamReady, we may collect and store information such as:

  • Account and profile information
  • Examination answers
  • Quiz and examination scores
  • Review progress
  • Attempt history
  • Subscription or access status
  • Payment status and transaction references
  • Communications sent to ExamReady

Technical and analytics information

We may collect technical and usage information through Google Analytics and similar technologies, including:

  • Browser and device information
  • Pages viewed
  • Approximate location based on IP address

  • Dates and times of access

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Authenticate users through Google and Supabase
  • Provide examinations, quizzes, scoring, and progress tracking
  • Manage subscriptions and paid access
  • Process and verify payment status
  • Improve the platform and understand usage
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Respond to support and privacy requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

Google user data is used only to provide sign-in, account identification, and related account functionality disclosed in this policy.

3. Google User Data

ExamReady accesses only the Google account information that users authorize during sign-in.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data for advertising.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, or with the user’s consent.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

4. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate ExamReady, including:

  • Google, for account sign-in and analytics
  • Supabase, for authentication, database services, and data storage
  • Vercel, for application hosting and deployment
  • HitPay, for payment processing

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.

ExamReady does not store complete payment-card details. Payment information is submitted directly to the applicable payment provider.

5. Cookies and Analytics

ExamReady may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, provide platform functionality, improve performance, and measure usage through Google Analytics.

Users may control certain cookies through their browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may affect account login or application functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

  • Request deletion of their account and associated personal information

9. Account and Data Deletion Requests

ExamReady does not currently provide an automated in-app account-deletion tool.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

ExamReady is intended for users preparing for professional or educational examinations.

Users below the age required to provide valid consent under applicable law should use the service only with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal obligations, or data practices change.

The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
