Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ExamReady online examination and review platform operated by ExamReady PH through https://nle.examready.ph/ .

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using ExamReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About ExamReady

ExamReady is an independent digital review and assessment platform designed to help users prepare for professional and educational examinations.

ExamReady PH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the Professional Regulation Commission, any Professional Regulatory Board, or any other government agency.

Official examination applications, schedules, requirements, ratings, and results must be obtained directly from the appropriate government agency.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using an ExamReady account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for activities performed through it.

You must notify ExamReady PH promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

3. Personal Account Use

Each ExamReady account is intended for the personal use of one registered user only.

You must not sell, transfer, lend, share, or allow another person to use your account.

ExamReady generates personalized assessments, performance records, progress information, and recommendations based on the activity of the registered user. Account sharing may make these results inaccurate and substantially reduce the usefulness of the service.

ExamReady PH may temporarily restrict or suspend an account when there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraud, or a security risk.

4. One-Time Purchase and Access

ExamReady access is offered through a one-time purchase unless a different offer is clearly stated on the checkout page.

The price, included content, access period, and other important conditions will be displayed before purchase.

A one-time purchase does not transfer ownership of ExamReady software, examination content, questions, explanations, algorithms, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

Payment must be completed through the available payment provider before paid access is activated.

5. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the purchased service has been delivered and remains available and operational.

A change of mind, failure to use the service, account sharing, or dissatisfaction with an examination result or prediction does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Users may contact ExamReady PH when:

• A payment was charged more than once for the same purchase;
• Payment was completed but access was not provided;
• A material technical failure prevents use of the purchased service; or
• A refund or remedy is required under applicable law.

Refund or access-related concerns should be sent to examready.ph.support@gmail.com together with the account email, payment reference, and a description of the issue.

6. Educational Purpose and No Passing Guarantee

ExamReady provides review materials, practice questions, assessments, explanations, analytics, performance indicators, and predictions for educational and preparation purposes only.

ExamReady questions may be developed to reflect the style, subject areas, competency expectations, and difficulty commonly associated with board examinations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not official, leaked, copied, or guaranteed future examination questions.

Predictions, readiness scores, topic recommendations, and other results may be generated through test performance analysis, software algorithms, and other assessment methods.

Although ExamReady aims to provide high-quality and reliable preparation tools, no assessment, question bank, algorithm, prediction, or review program can guarantee that a user will pass an examination.

Actual examination performance may be affected by preparation, health, examination conditions, question selection, changes in examination coverage, and other factors outside ExamReady PH's control.

7. Examination Content and Intellectual Property

ExamReady content, including questions, answer choices, explanations, assessments, graphics, databases, software, page designs, reports, and learning materials, is owned by or licensed to ExamReady PH and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the content for individual study and review.

You must not:

• Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the question bank;
• Download questions in bulk;
• Use automated tools, scripts, bots, scraping tools, or crawlers to extract content;
• Publish, sell, upload, transmit, or redistribute questions or explanations;
• Create a competing question bank or product using ExamReady content;
• Remove copyright, ownership, or security notices;
• Attempt to bypass content-protection, access-control, or payment systems; or
• Use ExamReady content for commercial teaching or training without written permission.

8. Limited Personal Screenshots

A user may take a limited number of screenshots for personal study, note-taking, or requesting help with an individual question.

This permission does not allow systematic capture, bulk collection, publication, redistribution, sale, uploading to shared drives or social media, or creation of a copied question bank.

Screenshots remain subject to ExamReady PH's intellectual-property rights and may not be used for commercial purposes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use ExamReady to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of another person;
• Share, resell, or transfer account access;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or system;
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform;
• Upload malicious code or perform abusive automated requests;
• Manipulate assessment results or payment records;
• Misrepresent ExamReady as an official government or PRC service; or
• Use the platform or its content to commit fraud, cheating, or infringement.

10. Suspension and Termination

ExamReady PH may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when a user materially violates these Terms, shares an account, distributes protected content, attempts unauthorized access, commits fraud, or creates a serious security risk.

Where reasonably appropriate, ExamReady PH may provide notice or an opportunity to explain the issue before permanent termination.

Termination for a material violation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Service Availability and Changes

ExamReady PH aims to keep the platform available and operational, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security updates, internet failures, third-party provider interruptions, emergencies, or circumstances outside ExamReady PH's reasonable control.

ExamReady PH may update, replace, correct, add, or remove content and features to improve quality, security, accuracy, or compliance.

Material changes affecting purchased access will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

ExamReady may rely on third-party services, including Google, Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics, and HitPay.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

ExamReady PH is not responsible for interruptions or actions caused solely by an independent third-party provider, but will take reasonable steps to investigate service issues affecting ExamReady users.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the ExamReady Privacy Policy, available at:

By using ExamReady, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy.

14. Disclaimers

ExamReady is provided as an educational review service. To the extent allowed by law, the platform and its content are provided without guarantees regarding examination outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or complete freedom from errors.

ExamReady content is not a substitute for official examination bulletins, requirements, schedules, instructions, ratings, or results issued by the Professional Regulation Commission or another authorized body.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExamReady PH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from reliance on examination predictions, failure to pass an examination, unauthorized account sharing, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

ExamReady PH may update these Terms when the service, business practices, security requirements, or legal obligations change.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, users may also be notified through the platform or by email.

Continued use of ExamReady after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers or data subjects under applicable law.
